La quarta dimensione, che per comodità chiamiamo 4 D, è ciò che noi definiamo il ponte di collegamento fra la nostra dimensione materiale ed il mondo spirituale. La quarta dimensione non è un luogo, bensì un nostro stato di coscienza, che ci permette di vivere in maniera più completa ciò che noi realmente siamo a livello multiversale, perché in realtà non c’è un di qua e un di là, ma un’unica esistenza su più livelli in contemporanea, senza barriere spazio temporali. L’importante veicolo di coscienza, che ci permette il contatto iniziale fra due o più piani della nostra esistenza, è il Corpo Astrale. Il Corpo Astrale ha la caratteristica di trasportare i nostri corpi materiale, eterico, emozionale e mentale nel mondo spirituale. Il nostro Corpo Astrale emette energia ogni volta che noi ci relazioniamo con gli altri e col mondo, anche se non ne siamo consci. Questo corpo è quello che ci permette di avere esperienze fuori dal corpo fisico in altre dimensioni parallele della nostra esistenza tridimensionale. Per mia esperienza personale, posso citarvi uno dei più importanti testi del Taoismo “Il Mistero del Fiore d’Oro” il quale espone in maniera molto criptata un metodo segreto di alchimia interna, volto alla costruzione del proprio Corpo di Luce, in grado di vivere in concomitanza col Corpo Fisico e mediante il quale è possibile andare in dimensioni parallele alla nostra. Tutto ciò necessita però di un’adeguata comprensione ed assiduità nella pratica. All’inizio di questo percorso è necessario trovare del tempo per sé, non bisogna occuparsi delle vicende quotidiane e occorre assentarsi dalle attività lavorative, sociali e familiari. Ciò spiega perché anticamente, quelli che sarebbero diventati poi i grandi maestri e i medici illuminati, scomparivano per un po’ dalla società, ritirandosi nelle montagne, per poi riapparire dopo un lungo periodo, come portatori di nuova saggezza e conoscenza. Potete quindi stare tranquilli che, se vi dedicate a questa esperienza di ricerca, dopo un periodo di assenza dalla vita mondana e dopo che la Luce si è integrata in voi stessi spontaneamente, potete poi ritornare tranquillamente alla vostra vita lavorativa, sociale e famigliare.
